The SCOTT Ransom 20 2027 is a full-suspension enduro mountain bike with 170 mm of travel and integrated suspension, designed to tackle the most demanding descents and bike park lines. Its robust carbon-aluminium construction and modern geometry deliver exceptional stability and control at high speeds on steep terrain.
It sits in the upper mid-range of enduro bikes for aggressive riding. With 170 mm of travel front and rear, it is a long-travel bike optimised for descending, yet its advanced suspension linkage still allows efficient pedalling uphill. It is designed for experienced and advanced riders who need a robust platform for technically demanding terrain, jumps and fast enduro stages.
On technical descents, the 170 mm of travel and the low centre of gravity afforded by the integrated suspension provide exceptional stability, giving the rider confidence when tackling rocky sections and roots.
On jumps and in bike parks, the robust frame made from HMF carbon and 6061 aluminium, together with the powerful 4-piston SRAM DB8 brakes, delivers reliability and precise control in the air.
On transfers and climbs, modern geometry with a steep 77-degree seat tube angle and efficient power transfer from the SRAM Transmission system help you reach the top of the hill with less effort.
The maximum system weight (bike, rider and equipment) is 130 kg, allowing safe use by heavier riders wearing protective gear.
