For purchase in the online store Enduro d.o.o. registration is not required. But because we put a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction, building mutual trust, security and support when buying, we encourage you to register in the online store before buying. Registration can also bring you additional benefits or discounts.
The process of first registration is very simple and secure. You start by clicking on “Register” in the upper right corner of the screen. Then simply fill out the form and click on the “Register” button. If the registration was successful, you will receive a registration confirmation on your email.
Once you are registered, you can log in to the store at any time by simply clicking on the “Log in” sign in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your username (e-mail address with which you registered) and password, then click the “Login” button. Now you can safely continue shopping.

In case of cash on delivery, you will pay the ordered goods to the delivery person upon receipt.
In the case of a bank transfer, you will receive an estimate for payment by e-mail. We will ship the goods upon receipt of proof of payment or upon receipt of funds on our account.
If you already know the article or content or you know exactly what you want, you can use the search engine at the top of the page for quick access. In the search field, enter the name or part of the name of the item or the content and system will offer you all the hits that contain your search string. This is the fastest way to find what you are looking for.
You can view the history of all your purchases at any time in your profile. All your orders and data are securely stored in a computer system that is properly secured and protected. We protect your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and we will not pass it on to third parties in any case. All data obtained through the website staro.enduro.si will be used exclusively for sending information material, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.
When paying with payment cards, all data during the transfer is protected against unauthorized access with the online security protocol SSL (https://sl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secure_Sockets_Layer). For this purpose, we use the SSL certificate of the issuer COMODO on the server staro.enduro.si. Online store ENDURO D.O.O. does NOT store any credit card information on its servers.
The usual delivery time for all items in stock is 2-3 working days from the execution of the order, or 2-3 working days from the execution of payment in the case of payment by proforma invoice. An exception can only be made in cases of several simultaneous orders of the last pieces. In this case, the first order takes precedence. We will do our best to ship the remaining orders.
Delivery is free for all orders over 80 EUR. For orders below 80 EUR, delivery costs 4,00 EUR and is the same for the whole Slovenia.
As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase at any time within 14 days after the purchase by notifying us in writing of the withdrawal from the contract, to the contact e-mail address: [email protected] or by regular mail.
You must return the goods to us immediately, but no later than 14 days after the written notice of withdrawal from the purchase. Products should be unused, in original packaging and undamaged. A copy of the order must be attached.
Note: The consumer is liable for a reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction in value is due to conduct that is not necessarily necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We will refund the entire purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) no later than 14 days after the written withdrawal from the contract or after receipt of the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
