The General Terms and Conditions for online purchases from Enduro d.o.o. have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), and international e-commerce codes of conduct.
The Enduro d.o.o. online store (hereinafter referred to as the “store”) is operated by Enduro d.o.o., an e-commerce service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”). Upon registering in the system, visitors receive a username corresponding to their email address and a password. The username and password uniquely identify the user and link them to the information provided. Upon registration, visitors become registered users and gain the right to make purchases.
These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, users’ rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
Availability of Information (Summary of Legislation)
The provider undertakes to make the following information available to customers at all times:
a) the company’s identity (company name, registered office and registration number),
b) contact details enabling users to communicate quickly and effectively (email, telephone),
c) the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
d) product availability (each product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable period),
e) the terms of delivery of goods or provision of services (method, place and delivery time),
f) all prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously stated,
g) payment and delivery methods,
h) the period of validity of the offer,
i) the period during which the customer may withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal, including whether the customer bears the cost of returning goods and, if so, how much,
j) an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full contact details of the person responsible for customer relations.
Product Range
Due to the nature of online business, the online store’s product range is continually updated and may change. The prices are the provider’s retail prices and apply both to online purchases and purchases at the Enduro store.
Special Offers
Promotional prices for products on special offer apply while stocks last.
Payment Methods
The provider accepts cash payments upon collection (the online price applies) or payment by bank transfer to the account of Enduro d.o.o. based on a quotation/proforma invoice, if the customer requests this payment method.
The provider issues the customer with an invoice on a durable medium, detailing the costs and providing instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, where necessary and possible.
Sales Contract
A sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded only when the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an order confirmation email).
Placing an order in the online store constitutes the customer’s offer to enter into a contract and does not, in itself, mean that a contract has been concluded. The provider reserves the right to reject an order before confirming it, without any further obligations to the customer.
Once the order has been confirmed, all prices and other terms become fixed and binding on both the provider and the customer.
Prices
All prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and while stocks last. Prices apply when payment is made using the methods and under the conditions specified above.
The provider strives to ensure that information is accurate and up to date; however, errors may occur in prices, product descriptions or technical specifications. In the event of an obvious error (for example, a significantly incorrect price that differs substantially from the usual market value), the provider reserves the right to cancel the order. The customer will be notified immediately in such a case.
Ordering Process
Selecting and ordering products from the ENDURO D.O.O. online store is convenient and straightforward. The process is explained below in a few simple steps.
You must register before placing an order.
a) To add a product to your cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button on the right. A window will open, allowing you to continue shopping or proceed to place your order.
b) You can edit the contents of your cart at any time on the “Cart” page. There you can remove individual products or change the quantities ordered.
c) When you have finished shopping, click “Checkout” to open the “Delivery Details” page.
Issuing Invoices
The provider issues an invoice to the customer after the ordered goods have been delivered. If the customer collects the goods in person at the store, they receive a printed invoice upon collection.
The provider must issue an invoice for the supply of goods or services and provide it to the customer. The customer must accept the invoice and retain it immediately after leaving the business premises.
Product Returns – Withdrawal from the Contract
Consumers have the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods (at the contact email address
[email protected]) that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for their decision.
A consumer is deemed to have submitted their notice of withdrawal on time if it is sent within the specified withdrawal period. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase) has been submitted.
Goods must be returned with the invoice and undamaged, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity through no fault of the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Refunds are made to the customer’s bank account or by postal money order.
Delivery
The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed period. For products in stock, this period is 1 to 4 working days.
Shipping is free for orders of EUR 50.00 or more.
The provider’s contracted delivery partner is Pošta Slovenije. Shipping costs are charged in accordance with Pošta Slovenije’s price list, published on its website at www.posta.si.
The fee for collecting payment on delivery is EUR 0.96 for purchases up to EUR 96.00; for purchases from EUR 96.00 to EUR 501.00, it is 1% of the purchase value; and for purchases above EUR 501.00, the fee is EUR 5.01.
Protection of Personal Data
The provider undertakes to protect users’ personal data on an ongoing basis.
For registered members, the provider retains the following information indefinitely: first and last name, date of birth, email address, contact telephone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, date and time of registration, and an archive of communications with the provider.
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling orders (sending information materials, offers and invoices) and other necessary communications.
User data will under no circumstances be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
Users are also responsible for protecting their personal data by keeping their username and password secure and ensuring that their computer has appropriate software protection (antivirus software).

The provider will contact users through means of distance communication only if the user does not expressly object.
Promotional emails will meet the following requirements:

• the sender will be clearly identifiable,
• special offers, promotions and other marketing activities will be identified as such, and the conditions for participation will be clearly stated,
• the method for unsubscribing from promotional messages will be clearly explained,

Company Liability for Material Defects
Consumers may submit a claim concerning a material defect in any purchased product, regardless of whether or not the product is covered by a warranty.
A consumer may report a material defect to the provider within two months of discovering it, provided that no more than two years have passed since the goods were received.
At their discretion, consumers may request that the defect be remedied, a proportionate reduction in the amount paid, replacement of the goods, or a refund of the amount paid.
When exercising these rights, the consumer must describe the defect in detail in the notification and allow the provider to inspect the product.
If the defect is not disputed, the provider must comply with the consumer’s request as soon as possible and no later than eight days. If the defect is disputed, the provider must provide a written response within eight days.
Complaints and Disputes
The customer and ENDURO d.o.o. will attempt to resolve any disputes arising between them amicably. If this is not possible, the District Court in Slovenj Gradec shall have jurisdiction over the dispute
.
