GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND GIVEAWAY RULES

Organiser
The “Win Scott Goggles” giveaway is organised by Enduro d.o.o., Trg 60a, 2391 Prevalje, Slovenia, tax number: 50284932, company registration number: 6324568000.
This giveaway is not sponsored, administered or in any way associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Acceptance of the terms
By entering the giveaway, you expressly accept all the terms and conditions of participation and giveaway rules set out here.
Purpose
The purpose of the giveaway is to promote Enduro d.o.o. on social media.
Duration
The giveaway runs from 3 January 2022 at 15:00 until midnight at the end of 6 January 2022.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to any individual who has permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, is over 15 years of age and agrees to these terms and conditions of participation.
Participants must be real individuals. Fake identities are not permitted and will be disqualified by the organiser.
Participants may withdraw from the giveaway at any time before it ends by sending a withdrawal request to
[email protected]. In this case, the participant will be excluded from further participation, and the organiser will immediately arrange for their personal data to be deleted.
How to enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must tag at least one friend in the comments under the designated posts on the Instagram profile
www.instagram.com/endurobike_shop during the giveaway period, like the post and follow the endurobike_shop profile. Users who also share the relevant post to their Instagram Story will receive two entries for that post. Entries under each designated post are accepted from the time the post is published until the giveaway ends.
The organiser will randomly draw one winner from all participants who have entered in accordance with these rules on the day after the giveaway ends, namely 7 January 2022. Individuals may enter under the post during the giveaway period. Each participant is eligible only for the prize they entered to win. The draw for the prize specified in a particular post will include all individuals who entered under that post.
No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
Prizes
One prize will be awarded in the giveaway: a pair of Scott ski goggles.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Prizes are not transferable to third parties.
Employees of the organiser and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter the giveaway and are not eligible to win prizes. Immediate family members include spouses, cohabiting partners, partners in a registered same-sex civil partnership, children, adopted children, parents and adoptive parents. These individuals will be disqualified by the organiser.
Winner notification and claiming prizes
Winners will be notified through a post on the Instagram profile www.instagram.com/endurobike_shop after the giveaway ends, on 16 January 2022. Winners may also be announced on the timeline of the organiser’s Facebook page. Winners expressly consent to the publication of their first and last names or the names they use on social media.
After the giveaway ends, winners will be asked to provide the organiser with their delivery address within seven days of the end of the giveaway. Prizes will be sent by email no later than 20 January 2022. If a winner fails to provide the required information within the specified period, they will be deemed to have declined the prize, and the organiser will be released from all obligations towards that winner in connection with the giveaway. The organiser will also have the right to use the prize for any other purpose.
The organiser reserves the right not to award a prize if:
– the winner does not meet the requirements for claiming the prize;
– the participant is found to have entered the giveaway in breach of its rules and conditions;
– the winner fails to provide their address within the specified period;
– the winner does not collect the prize or the registered postal item cannot be delivered to them.
Taxation of prizes
The prizes in this giveaway are not subject to tax.
Liability and force majeure
Individuals participate in the giveaway at their own risk. The organiser is not liable for any damage arising from the prizes. The organiser accepts no liability for any adverse consequences suffered by participants or third parties as a result of participation in the giveaway.
In circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, including force majeure, the organiser may cancel the giveaway. Participants must be informed of the cancellation. In such cases, the organiser will not be liable to participants for any resulting damage. The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway or the application of these rules is final and binding on all participants.
Purpose of collecting and retaining personal data
Personal data is collected, processed, stored and used for the purpose of administering the giveaway. The organiser stores personal data electronically, including participants’ first and last names or the names they use on social media. Once there is no further need to retain the personal data, upon completion of the giveaway or receipt of an individual’s written withdrawal of consent, the data will be deleted immediately.
Personal data protection
By entering the giveaway, participants authorise the organiser to collect and process the personal data provided during the giveaway, including their first and last names or the names under which they enter, until the giveaway ends or until consent is withdrawn, for the following purposes:
- administering the giveaway in accordance with these terms and conditions;
- announcing and notifying winners;
- awarding prizes;
All personal data relating to participants who do not win a prize will be deleted immediately after the giveaway ends.
The data controller will protect the collected data in accordance with the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act. Under no circumstances will the data controller transfer or disclose the collected data to third parties.
Participants have the right to access, transcribe, copy, supplement, correct, block and delete their personal data. Participants who wish to have their data deleted at any time may send a request to

Winners’ data will be retained at the company’s registered office for one year.
Access to the giveaway rules
The giveaway rules are published on the website

where they are available for all participants to view.
By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, accept and agree to the giveaway rules. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, these rules take precedence over any other announcements, whether in print, electronic or any other form. The authoritative interpretation of these rules rests exclusively with the organiser and the technical administrator.
General provisions
The organiser will not accept late, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding on all participants.
The organiser reserves the right to amend these rules for legal, technical or commercial reasons. Participants will be informed of any amendments through a post on
www.instagram.com/endurobike_shop.
Continued participation in the giveaway after any amendments to the rules have been published constitutes acceptance of and agreement to those amendments.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway that cannot be resolved amicably will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana.
