Shipping and complaints

Pošta Slovenije delivers goods to every city in Slovenia. Your only task is to be available at the address you provide to us when ordering. You have the option to change the address(es) with each order or in the “My Account” menu. Postage is charged in accordance with the price list of Pošta Slovenije. Postage is not charged for purchases over € 80.

NOTES: Delivery time depends on the stock and availability of the item. The estimated time of delivery is stated for each item. It is expressed in working days from the day of the order. We will inform you via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible of any delay in delivery.
