Patented integrated suspension system

The integrated shock platform allows for outstanding suspension setup. On bikes at this level, every last improvement counts.

For maximum power transfer efficiency, it is essential that the shock operates without lateral movement. The integrated frame system and trunnion mount provide greater stiffness, reducing energy loss and improving responsiveness. Larger bearings at the seat tube further reinforce the frame and reduce unnecessary movement. The lower shock placement lowers the centre of gravity, improving the bike’s handling and stability and increasing rider confidence.

Although each individual improvement may seem small, together they deliver exceptional suspension performance. The shock is fully protected from water and dirt, ensuring the bike performs reliably even in the most demanding conditions.

Evo-Lap technology

When manufacturing a frame, choosing the right materials accounts for 80% of success – the remaining 20% requires most of our attention. That is why, alongside the most advanced carbon fibres, we use sophisticated tools such as FEA (finite element analysis) to design the carbon lay-up perfectly.

With FEA, we simulate forces on a virtual model and optimise the frame construction. Evo-Lap technology lets us shape the tube structure, test different layer orientations and check how loads are distributed across the frame. This has enabled us to optimise the design of every part of the frame.

The result? An exceptionally light and compact frame that does not compromise stiffness, comfort or impact resistance. All models in our range now benefit from Evo-Lap technology, delivering a better ride and outstanding performance.
