The Specialized Hillbilly GRID 2Bliss Ready tyre is an ideal choice as a front tyre and for medium-soft to soft terrain. When the ground changes from hard to soft, the small knobs penetrate the surface and connect you better with the trail. The small contact area of the centre knobs also increases pressure on the ground and helps them penetrate the surface, while the row of side knobs provides support in fast corners on any surface. Our GRIPTON® compound improves high-frequency damping, helping the tyre connect better with the ground over small bumps and on very technical terrain. This also means that the low frequencies of compressed, rotating tyres remain unfiltered, so energy is not absorbed and speed stays high. Please note that we recommend GRID tyres to anyone looking for the best puncture protection and sidewall protection, or additional stability.
-Casing: Additional side protection for exceptional durability, plus reinforced sidewalls for greater stability.
