The new and improved Minion DHR II is a top-level second-generation downhill tyre, developed for the most demanding conditions. It has to meet the demanding criteria set by professional riders in UCI World Cup races. Like its predecessor, the Minion DHR II uses angled knobs, but its tread pattern has been improved for more effective braking and acceleration on loose surfaces.
DC – Dual Compound – a harder centre compound (62a) provides low rolling resistance and slow wear, while the softer compound (57a) used on the sides offers excellent cornering support and superb tyre grip in corners, in wet or dry conditions –
(WT) WIDE TRAIL – the tyre profile is optimised for use on rims with an internal width of 30-35 mm –
