Golden Gate Kima RT is a trail running shoe designed to reduce fatigue. The carbon plate, surrounded by next-generation foam, increases the elasticity of the arch, reducing physical effort while running without compromising precision on uneven terrain. A precise, supportive shoe, designed and tested for maximum performance on the most technically demanding trails, it also performs well on less challenging unpaved paths.

Upper

The two-layer construction features an inner microfibre film that provides strength and structure, while the abrasion-resistant outer mesh layer improves breathability. The new last is designed for a standard foot shape, with reduced volume in the forefoot for a more precise fit. The Sock-Fit LW internal construction system wraps around the foot and prevents pressure points. The microfibre Exo internal cage provides improved lateral stability.

Midsole

Next-generation active foam combines four key properties: cushioning, rebound, durability and lightness. A 1 mm-thick 3D carbon plate is inserted into the dual-density foam in areas where the foot needs the most support and is under the greatest load. This design is the result of a study aimed at achieving an optimal elastic response without compromising precision on uneven terrain.

Outsole

PRESA® TRN-03 combines two compounds: Supergum in the forefoot for optimal grip on dry and wet surfaces, and Water Lock at the heel for maximum performance when braking and under high loads.
