TIME XPRESSO 12 road pedals

The Time XPresso 12 road pedals feature revolutionary Time technology. They have a carbon body and a titanium axle. Thanks to the I-Clic patent and the automatic pre-opening of the retention mechanism, clipping in is even faster, more intuitive and safer. Instead of a traditional steel spring, the pedals use a carbon blade, which significantly reduces weight. A notable feature is the 700 mm2 contact area, giving the pedals an exceptional surface-to-weight ratio. Two further systems are worth mentioning: the BioPosition concept ensures minimal distance between the sole and the pedal axle (13.5 mm), helping to transfer power more efficiently. The BioPerformance system provides impressive freedom of movement: 2.5 mm of lateral movement, an angular range of +/- 5 degrees and lateral foot movement of +/- 2.6 m
