Shimano SH-GE900 (GE9) are high-performance MTB shoes for downhill and enduro riding with clipless pedals. They feature the moderately stiff, grippy Ultread GE outsole, which provides reliable grip and better bike control. The extended pedal channel provides optimal stability even when riding unclipped.
The TORBAL 2.0 midsole plate, stiff in the centre and more flexible at the sides, improves feel and control on fast descents and through corners. The BOA fastening system allows precise adjustment and is protected by a plastic shield to prevent accidental loosening. The stiff, carbon-reinforced midsole and the cleat position shifted towards the centre of the foot also contribute to high efficiency.
The multi-layer foam insole effectively absorbs impacts, while the elastic mesh ankle collar protects the foot from dirt and stones.
