INTEGRATED SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY

Integrated suspension technology allows the bike’s suspension performance to be optimised with a frame that has a lower centre of gravity, resulting in better handling and a more stable, confidence-inspiring ride. This allows for a stiffer construction around the BB, reducing unnecessary lateral movement in the suspension. Needless to say, the suspension is protected from dirt and rocks, two of its main enemies when it comes to affecting its performance.

SUSPENSION

All Voltage eRide models, with one exception, feature the all-new, ultra-sensitive FOX NUDE 6T rear suspension, with the TwinLoc system allowing the rider to adapt quickly to the terrain. The exception is the Voltage 900 Tuned, which is equipped with the aggressive FOX Float X NUDE suspension system, including an additional piggyback reservoir. This model, equipped with FOX Factory 36 Grip 2, is designed for daring riders who like to adjust their suspension settings for every ride. This is further enhanced by the TracLoc system, creating an ultra-capable, aggressive mountain platform.

LINKAGE DESIGN

The Voltage suspension consists of a compact, lightweight, one-piece inner section, driven by externally visible linkages.

SHOCK ACCESS

Access to the integrated shock is just one button away. The tube cover, included on all Voltage models, provides access and protection. The cover is removable—simply press the button, remove the cover and the shock is accessible. The opening is spacious, making maintenance and cable routing easier.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION

The Voltage carbon frame was designed around the principles of stiffness and light weight, with strategic reinforcement in specific areas.

TQ-HPR50

The TQ-HPR50 motor delivers a maximum torque of 50Nm and is connected to an internal 360Wh battery housed in the down tube.

The minimalist display on the top tube can be customised to show the information you want. Bluetooth connection to a smartphone is also possible. This lets you tailor the motor’s characteristics to your preferences.

Heading out on a long ride?

The bottle cage under the saddle can be quickly and easily replaced with an additional TQ Range Extender 160Wh to extend your range.

The Voltage frame design also allowed us to maximise dropper post insertion, providing space for 140 mm on size S (small), 180 mm on sizes M and L (medium and large), and 210 mm on size XL (extra-large). Setting sag and checking travel is now easier than ever. An external indicator on the linkage lets the rider easily set sag and see how much travel is being used.

The bike also features a clever chain guard that protects your bike and ensures quiet operation. The rear axle tool has been a staple on bikes for years, and now it’s even better. It includes T25, T30 and a 6 mm Allen key, all in one tool. With these three options, you can adjust almost anything on the bike that needs adjusting.
