The new SCOTT Scale is designed without compromise – in the pursuit of perfection and maximum efficiency, the designers followed the principle of “form follows function”. The construction is built around the essentials, with a carefully considered balance at the heart of the bike’s DNA. The result is a completely new generation of XC bikes: a simple, clean and aggressive design that gives the bike a distinctive look and a strong racing character.
The Scale RC model lets you easily adjust the head tube angle by 0.6° to make it slacker or steeper. You can do this without cutting cables or bleeding the brakes – simply take apart the cockpit, turn the headset insert 180° and reassemble it. This lets you quickly tailor the bike to your preferences or the terrain.
