SALEWA WILDFIRE 2 GTX HIKING SHOES navyblazer/black

SALEWA WILDFIRE 2 GTX HIKING SHOES navyblazer/black

The upper of the Wildfire 2 shoe is made from durable recycled mesh that fits the foot perfectly. It is reinforced with a mesh of Kevlar cables that wraps around the foot, providing flexibility, an excellent fit, improved torsional stability and better heel support. In addition, the Wildfire 2 can be quickly and easily switched from hiking mode to climbing mode using the SALEWA® Switchfit system. The result: better grip on edges, improved smearing technique and greater security on technical terrain. The Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) system also allows the insole to be adjusted for a narrower or wider fit.

For more demanding weather conditions, the Wildfire GTX features a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane, which provides waterproofing and breathability. The Pomoca Speed MTN outsole features a climbing zone at the toes and pronounced lugs for good grip on mud and softer terrain, while S-Path technology ensures a more natural stride. The sticky POMOCA rubber provides reliable traction in both dry and wet conditions.
