DT Swiss X 412 is a lightweight and durable aluminium rim for mountain bikes, designed primarily for XC (Cross-Country), marathon and longer cycling tours. It offers a good balance between weight, stiffness and reliability. It is suitable for disc brakes and allows the use of tubeless tyres.
Low weight: approximately 440 g.
Good durability: aluminium construction for regular MTB and XC use.
Tubeless Ready: allows riding without an inner tube with suitable tape, valve and sealant.
32 spokes: allows you to build a wheel with a suitable hub and 32 spokes.
For disc brakes: suitable for modern mountain bikes with a disc brake system.
Important: When building the wheel, use ERD 567 mm to calculate spoke length. The recommended maximum system weight of 110 kg includes the rider, bike, equipment and luggage. X 412 is intended primarily for XC and marathon riding.
