The new P ZERO Race TLR represents the pinnacle of performance in our range – and is also the first tubeless tyre to be entirely designed and manufactured in Italy. At the heart of this new generation is SPEEDCORE technology, built into an exceptionally fine 120-TPI casing. It uses a special inner layer of rubber compound reinforced with aramid, significantly improving the tyre’s flexibility and resistance. The result is a tyre that is less stiff yet noticeably faster.
The compound remains the same premium SmartEVO used across all high-performance tyres in the P ZERO family.

Our most advanced compound for versatile road riding remains SmartEVO – whether for racing, intensive training or long leisure rides. It was developed using Pirelli’s extensive motorsport experience and through close collaboration with World Tour teams. A single compound of three advanced polymers combines seemingly opposing properties in perfect balance: outstanding grip, exceptional speed and uncompromising reliability.
The polymers’ “smart” behaviour delivers excellent grip in all weather conditions while maintaining very low rolling resistance. It is designed for high mileage and more demanding road surfaces. SmartEVO is a high-performance compound for modern road cycling – from everyday riding to the highest level of competition.

SpeedCORE™ represents a new generation of tubeless-ready design developed by Pirelli for its highest-performance cycling tyres. This is our most advanced TLR technology, the result of many years of automotive expertise and modern manufacturing at our new factory in Italy, near Milan.
At the heart of the construction is a thin, fully airtight layer of rubber compound reinforced with aramid particles. These improve mechanical resistance, reduce air loss and increase flexibility, together delivering higher performance, a better feel on the road and greater tyre reliability.
