What effect do high torque loads on an e-bike have on the chain, and how does the lubricant combat this?

High torque loads on an e-bike will wear out the chain much faster than on a conventional bike due to the increased and immediate surges in motor power. This puts greater strain on the chain and sprockets, leading to increased friction from greater metal-to-metal contact, which causes wear if the right lubricant is not used. MUC-OFF e-bike lubricants have been developed to combat this with their unique blend of synthetic oils, a high level of specialised additives and boron nitride. If an e-bike chain is under greater strain, does using eBike lubricant mean the chain wears at the same rate as on a conventional bike?
