MSC MOUSSE BIKE TYRE INSERT

An internal system for protecting tyres and rims. This special material is handmade in Italy. It is made from special moisture-resistant foam with a perforated interior – it can be used with tubeless sealant, providing even greater protection against punctures.

Mousse provides greater support for tyres, reducing the chance of pinch flats (“snake bites”) and damage to aluminium and expensive carbon rims. Even if you completely puncture the tyre and lose all pressure, you can still ride with the foam because it occupies a large volume inside the tyre. It can be installed without a compressor.  Greater volume means less air is needed, providing the same softness while increasing tyre grip and performance.
