The Mammut Broad Peak IN Hooded Jacket is a technical men’s down jacket filled with goose down (800 cuin), designed for mountaineering and ski touring. The Pertex® Quantum outer material provides protection from wind and light precipitation, while its low weight makes it easy to pack into a rucksack.

Conditions and intended use

It is a premium technical insulated jacket for demanding mountain conditions. It is designed for experienced mountaineers, ski tourers and hikers in cold weather. It can be worn as a standalone outer layer in dry, windy weather or as an exceptionally warm mid-layer under a waterproof hardshell jacket when it is snowing.

Weighing 383 grams and packing into its own pocket, the jacket takes up minimal space in your rucksack when you don’t need it for ski touring or mountaineering.

On exposed ridges and windy summits, elasticated binding on the hood and cuffs, together with a hem that can be adjusted with one hand, helps prevent cold air from getting in.
