The CUBE Nuroad C:62 EX 2027 is a top-of-the-range gravel bike with electronic shifting and carbon wheels, designed for riding fast on gravel and racing. Its lightweight design and considered Gravel Endurance geometry enable efficient power transfer and reduce fatigue on rides lasting several hours, whatever the terrain.
It sits in the premium class of gravel bikes for racers and advanced recreational riders. Thanks to its advanced carbon construction and high-end components, this bike is built to push boundaries. With clearance for tyres up to 50 mm wide, it offers considerably more versatility than traditional cyclocross bikes and allows you to ride on more demanding forest tracks. It is intended for cyclists who want to combine road speed with the robustness needed for off-road riding and multi-day bikepacking expeditions, where equipment reliability is crucial.
On fast gravel sections, the carbon frame and aerodynamic Newmen Advanced G.34 wheels deliver rapid acceleration and help maintain a high cruising speed.
On all-day bikepacking trips, the mounting points for racks on the fork and frame come into their own, while the 50 mm-wide Schwalbe tyres effectively absorb impacts from the terrain and reduce arm fatigue.
On steep, technical climbs, the Shimano GRX Di2 electronic drivetrain with its 10–51T cassette range makes it easier to ride smoothly up gradients, while the 4iiii power meter helps you distribute your energy optimally.
In rainy weather and on muddy trails, the Shimano GRX BR-RX820 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors provide consistent braking power, while the frame allows mudguards to be fitted easily for protection from spray.
The maximum rider weight, including equipment, is 100 kg, and the frame allows additional racks to be fitted for bikepacking and carrying cargo.
C:62 denotes an advanced carbon blend with a high fibre content and added nanoparticles in the resin, giving the frame high strength at a weight of just 1.150 g.
The frame accommodates tyres up to 50 mm wide without mudguards. If you use mudguards, the maximum tyre width is limited to 45 mm.
