What conditions and use are they designed for?

They are technical winter and transitional-season gloves for mountain biking. They are designed for trail and enduro riders who don’t want to end their season when temperatures drop and are looking for reliable protection from the cold and wind.

Key features and materials

• Clarino® palm: The padded, single-layer palm maintains excellent handlebar feel and allows you to use touchscreen displays.
• Closed-cell foam insulation: The fabric on the back of the hand effectively protects against the cold and retains warmth.
• Polyurethane finger gussets: Stretch nylon with a polyurethane coating seals out the elements and prevents cold air from getting in.
• Neoprene cuff: The compression-moulded cuff with hook-and-loop fastening ensures a secure, close fit.
• Silicone print: Grippers on the fingertips provide reliable grip on the brake levers, even in wet conditions.

In practice

With 6 % neoprene in the cuff and insulation on the back of the glove, they effectively help prevent your hands from getting cold, allowing you to ride for longer in autumn and winter.

On technical descents, the single-layer Clarino® palm and silicone print on the fingers provide precise brake modulation and a firm grip on the handlebars, without the bulky feel often associated with thick winter gloves.
