The KAPOHO 7973 is powered by a Bosch PERFORMANCE CX Gen.4 SMART SYSTEM motor with 85 Nm of torque – giving you reliable assistance on demanding climbs, so you can maintain your pace without excessive effort. Adding to your range is the integrated 750 Wh PowerTube battery, letting you enjoy longer rides without worrying about range.

Comfort and control on challenging terrain

Full-suspension bike – with a RockShox 35 Silver TK fork at the front, with 160 mm of travel, and a Suntour Tri-Air 3CR rear shock with 160 mm of travel. The STRAIGHT-LINE-LINK (SLL) design ensures a direct and progressive suspension response, improving stability and control when riding fast over roots, rocks and uneven ground. The frame geometry has been carefully designed – despite the large battery, ride stability and responsiveness are maintained.

Reliability and quality components

Hydraulic disc brakes Shimano M4100 / MT420 with four pistons ensure safe braking in all conditions. The drivetrain is a 12-speed SRAM SX Eagle, enabling easy and reliable shifting, even under load. The bike uses a DiMMiX (mullet) wheel configuration – a 29″ front wheel for stability and a 27.5″ PLUS rear wheel for better grip and greater manoeuvrability through technical terrain and tight corners, both on climbs and descents.

Smart solutions and user-friendly design

With Bosch’s Smart System, the bike is ready for digital connectivity: you can use the EBIKE FLOW app, update the software and monitor your ride data. Removing and inserting the battery is made easier by the POWER TUBE TOP LOADER (PTTL) innovation – for easy access without unnecessary hassle. At around 27,6 kg and with a maximum permitted weight of 146 kg, this model is robust enough for everyday use and adventures without overloading.
