Weighing just 265 grams, they are lightweight technical mountaineering clothing for active hikers and mountaineers. They are designed for use in the transitional and summer months, when sunshine, wind and light rain can quickly alternate in the mountains. The highly breathable fabric helps prevent overheating during strenuous climbs, while providing basic protection from the elements and scrapes from contact with rock.

Key features and fabric

• Dynastretch fabric: The blend of 80 % polyamide and 20 % elastane provides four-way stretch and high abrasion resistance on demanding terrain.
• Water-repellent treatment: The outer layer is treated without harmful PFAS chemicals and provides reliable protection from light rain and wind.
• Cargo pockets: Two roomy side pockets (one zipped with an integrated phone compartment, one open) and two front pockets provide secure storage for essential small items.
• Adjustable waistband: The elasticated waistband with an internal drawcord and adjuster ensures a secure fit without digging in during long hikes.

Cut and fit

The trousers have a relaxed fit (Relaxed Fit) for comfortable wear and unrestricted movement on steep climbs. Anatomically shaped knees provide extra freedom of movement when climbing or tackling high rock steps. The elasticated leg openings fit neatly around hiking boots and help prevent dirt and stones from getting in.
