The CUBE Reaction Pro 2027 is an aluminium hardtail mountain bike with 100 mm of travel and an air fork, designed for cross-country riding and trail exploration. Its geometry offers an excellent balance of climbing speed and downhill stability, making it a popular choice for long rides and regular outdoor recreation.
It sits in the mid-range of hardtail mountain bikes for recreational and sport use. With 100 mm of front travel, it falls into the classic XC and light trail category, offering excellent responsiveness on hard-packed surfaces and gravel. Its aluminium frame keeps it more affordable than carbon equivalents in the same tier, without compromising on stiffness. It is designed for riders looking for a simple yet capable bike for regular training sessions and weekend escapes into nature. The Size Split system ensures the optimal wheel size for the rider’s height.
On technical climbs, the lightweight aluminium frame and the wide gear range of the Shimano XT 10-51 cassette deliver excellent power transfer, making steep climbs easier to tackle.
On all-day rides, the RockShox air fork smooths out small bumps and roots, while the comfortable geometry helps reduce fatigue in your back and arms over longer distances.
On fast gravel descents, the Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and proven Schwalbe tyre combination provide predictable handling and safe stopping before corners.
The maximum rider weight, including equipment, is 100 kg. The frame also has mounting points for fitting a kickstand and SIC 2.0 carrier.
The bike is in Category 2, which means it is designed for riding on paved paths, gravel and easier forest trails, with 100 mm of travel. It is not suitable for enduro descents or big jumps.
