Known for being packaged in a compact format, TPU inner tubes are very lightweight and have low rolling resistance compared with standard synthetic rubber inner tubes.

Technology

  • The inner tube and valve are made from the same material (most TPU inner tubes use cheaper plastic for the valve)

  • This makes recycling possible, as the inner tube and valve do not need to be separated

Explanation: colour pigments can cause imperfections in the material and therefore affect its
ability to retain air

• The valve-to-inner-tube junction is slightly conical to improve the fit in the valve hole in the rim (reducing noise from the valve moving in the valve hole)
• Internal thread (valve extension can be used) / replaceable valve core
• Wider range of widths than competing products at a comparable weight, e.g. 25-35/622
• For disc brakes only; do not use on bikes with old rim brakes!
