The Mammut 9.5 Crag Dry Rope is a single climbing rope with a diameter of 9.5 mm and a Dry treatment for sport and traditional climbing. It combines the proven qualities of the popular Infinity model and offers reliable performance in the most demanding conditions.
It sits in the upper tier of single climbing ropes for demanding sport and traditional climbers. Weighing 60 g/m and with a diameter of 9.5 mm, it is suitable for those looking for a reliable rope for long routes and intensive use on rock.
For sport climbing, the 9.5 mm diameter rope and smooth handling allow quick, fluid clipping of quickdraws and safe fall-catching with an impact force of 8 kN.
In wet or dirty conditions, the Dry treatment prevents moisture absorption, keeping the rope light and preventing it from freezing when climbing in colder shoulder seasons.
The rope has a diameter of 9.5 mm and weighs 60 grams per metre, making it one of the lighter single ropes in this segment.
The rope is certified for 8 standard UIAA falls under an 80 kg load for a single rope.
