The Bergamont E-Horizon Edition 6 Gent is a trekking electric bike with a Bosch Performance Line motor and an integrated 625 Wh battery, designed for long rides and everyday errands. The classic frame geometry provides excellent stiffness and stability, which comes in handy when riding with a fully loaded pannier rack. At around 28.9 kg, its weight is typical of fully equipped e-bikes in this segment.
It sits in the mid-range category of trekking e-bikes for everyday use. With 75 mm of front suspension travel and a full touring setup, it is a classic touring bike that combines urban practicality with off-road capability. The 6061-series aluminium frame maintains high stiffness, which is essential when riding with extra luggage. It is designed for recreational cyclists and daily commuters who need a robust means of transport for paved roads and well-maintained gravel tracks.
On all-day rides, the 625 Wh battery and ergonomic geometry reduce fatigue — its range easily covers longer countryside trips without needing to recharge along the way.
For urban riding and frequent stops at traffic lights, the more upright riding position and reliable components provide an excellent view of traffic, significantly improving safety.

The maximum system weight (bike, rider and luggage) is 130 kg, allowing you to safely carry heavier bags on the rear rack.
The 625 Wh battery is usually sufficient for all-day rides of up to 100 km with moderate assistance on flat terrain. With a full load and steep climbs, expect a range of 50–70 km.
